Under the Stairs and Post Murals

In June 2008, Grade 11 and 12 LCVI art students created designs for an “Under the Stairs” and “Post” project, with themes and imagery based on learning highlights at Loyalist Collegiate. Thirty designs were painted on masonite puzzle shapes that fit together under the main staircase. Two students created an 8 x 8 foot design on canvas that wrapped around a post in the front foyer, welcoming students and visitors to the school.
